From North:
Take I-25 south to Founders Parkway in Castle Rock. Take Founders Parkway east (left off the ramp) to Highway 86. Turn Left onto Hwy 86 and follow into Franktown. Turn South (right) onto Hwy 83. Follow Hwy 83 south to Gillian. Turn Left onto Gillian. Take Gillian until it ends and turn right onto Cherry Creek Rd. Follow Cherry Creek Road and take your first left after it turns to dirt. That is Smith Rd. Take Smith to your first right at Cty Rd 1. Follow Cty Rd 1 to your first driveway on the right at 13881 S. Delbert Rd.From South: Take I-25 north of Monument and exit at County Line Rd. (It will be the first exit AFTER the scales.) Take County Line Rd (aka Palmer Divide Pkwy) east past Hwy 83. Once it turns to dirt you will take your first left onto Cherry Creek Rd. (Don't get confused by the series of right angle turns the road makes, Cherry Creek Road is well marked and is an actual road that T's into County Line Rd.) Take Cherry Creek Rd north about 3 miles to Smith Road. Turn right onto Smith Road. At the top of the hill take your first right onto Cty Rd. 1. We are the first drive on the right.
